Over the last 30 years Merlyn has been a successful entrepreneur, creating his own dynamic people development company that led him to the position he now holds. As a public speaker and corporate leader he has traveled to nearly every state in the United States of America and more than 50 countries addressing groups of all sizes on subjects such as sales, leadership and personal development.
Merlyn is bi-lingual speaking Spanish fluently. He has been a minister and missionary (living 12 years in Mexico), a law enforcement officer in the state of Texas and a hotel general manager with a large hotel chain. Merlyn has a BA degree from St. Louis Christian College in St. Louis, Missouri.
He and his late wife, Wanda, were married for 45 years and have eight (8) children, twenty-four (24) grandchildren, and seven (7) great-grandchildren.
He resides in a community just outside of Waco, Texas.
